The HMDC scholarship is available twice a year, June and December. Persons qualified for the scholarship must be active members of the club, defined as having paid dues for the year and either having attended 5 meeting during the last 12 months, and/or volunteering at a club event (show, clinic etc) within the last year. Applications are due June 15 and December 1 of each year. The scholarship committee will rank applicants based on the highest benefit to the club, and one $100 scholarship will be afforded to the top ranked individual.
